ENGAGE builds the skills of youths and young adults living with disabilities through personalized made development plans that offer tailored made skills building opportunities for our beneficiaries.

Deprived of equal opportunities in a job market still insensitive to their needs, youths and young adults with physical disabilities must be able not only to compete but also outclass other candidates without disabilities. Besides, we well understand that not everybody is willing to be part of a sport team. We strive to support our beneficiaries in setting up personalized development plans to help themselves achieving their goals. While planning is important, we ensure our support in implementation the plans.

Life Coaching and Self Actualization

We help our beneficiaries to discover their skills and passion
We identify those willing to strive to change their situations
Once we identify those youths or young adults with disabilities who want to change for better their lives, we organize one to one coaching sessions to help them setting up their priorities and start charting their future

Leadership and Personal Development

We work at personal level to increase their level of personal accountability and enhance their level of self esteem and leadership

Employability skills enhancement

We organize tailored made trainings like job orientation, CV preparation etc
We set up English language classes to boost their chances to find a job
We provide counseling to prepare for job interviews
